Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong working knowledge of Pediatric Care and Geriatric Care.
• Excellent communication and clinical judgment.
• Ability to mentor residents and guide teams.

Responsibilities

• Coach patients through CPR Certification and Blood Draw regimens until routine becomes their own.
• Spot subtle decline early — a quiet patient, a creeping fever — and act before the code is called.
• Mentor 3-month Respiratory Therapist residents through their first solo Networking procedures.
• Assist in ACLS Certification procedures as second set of hands, narrating each step for the trainee beside you.
• Champion a deeply-curious approach to patient-centered care as a Respiratory Therapist.
• Monitor and replenish clinical supplies and medication stock.
