• Manage caseloads efficiently in a fast-paced Pittsburgh clinical environment
• Verify blood products at the bedside with a second Respiratory Therapist, sign-for-sign, before any transfusion
• Run morning huddles, calling out which Pittsburgh, PA patients need eyes first today
• Coordinate discharge planning and transitions of care
• Advocate for patient comfort, dignity, and informed consent
• Run Team Leadership and NIHSS Certification protocols with the precision Content Partners Inc expects of every mid-level hire
