• Conduct empathetic, in‑home patient assessments, ensuring patients feelheard, supported, and respected.
  
• Provideclear, compassionate clinical education to patients and caregiverson ventilators, oxygen therapy, and other respiratory equipment.

Requirements

Required Education and/or Experience

• Highschool diploma or GED equivalent, required
  
• Activelicensure in your primary state of residence as a Respiratory Therapist(RRT or CRT) or other acceptable medical credential (e.g., RC, RN, LPN,LPV) based on state licensure laws
  
• Willingnessto obtain licensure in neighboring states if required by service area
  

Preferred Education and/or Experience

• Completionof an accredited program in respiratory care, nursing, or a relatedparamedical field
  
• Experiencein home respiratory care or home healthcare
  
• Degreein respiratory therapy or a related science
  
• Atleast one year of relevant clinical experience
  
• Familiaritywith medical terminology
  

Employment is contingent upon successfully completing abackground check, drug screening, compliance onboarding, and credentialingrequirements, as well as maintaining a valid driver’s license with a cleandriving record when applicable to the position.
