Job summary

Initial Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Medical Science Liaison for the Respiratory - Pulmonary field to cover the Virginia, West Virginia, and western Pennsylvania region.

The MSL will engage external experts, share medical insights, and support evidence generation in real-world settings. Advanced degree in life sciences with 2+ years in respiratory medicine is preferred, along with strong communication skills and travel readiness.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a technical, scientific or medical field (MD/PhD/PharmD preferred) or other life science degree.
• 2+ years of experience working with respiratory diseases or related clinical experience.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel nationally.
• Previous pharmaceutical industry or MSL experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage external stakeholders with medical information in one-on-one and group settings.
• Build long-term relationships with KOLs and other stakeholder partners.
• Deliver education and answer questions based on approved materials within regulatory guidelines.
• Share insights from stakeholder interactions to inform medical strategy.
• Track stakeholder engagement and support data collection for evidence plans.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support lifecycle plans and compliance.
