Job summary

Leoforce is seeking a Respiratory Sales Specialist for a remote field-based role with a home-office setup. You will drive sales of respiratory care products, build relationships with physicians, therapists, and decision-makers, and expand a growing territory across acute and non-acute settings.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in healthcare or medical device sales, strong clinical presentation skills, and a proven track record of territory growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience.
• Prior respiratory and/or medical device sales experience required.
• Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, or non-acute care settings preferred.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Responsibilities

• Achieve territory sales and revenue objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, respiratory therapists, nurses, clinicians, and purchasing teams.
• Expand existing customer relationships into new departments, product categories, and opportunities.
• Deliver clinical and technical presentations to healthcare professionals.
• Provide post-sale support to ensure product adoption.
• Develop thorough territory knowledge and a business plan.
• Conduct product evaluations, trials, and implementations.
• Maintain credentialing and compliance requirements.
