Job summary

Marks, part of Propelis Group, is seeking a proactive Resource Manager for its CGI-led studio. You will forecast and centralise resource requests and partner with producers, project managers and discipline leads to cast the right talent for each project.

In a remote US setting, you’ll work across a global team, ensuring timely allocations, forecasting and risk mitigation while maintaining strong relationships with CGI artists and editors.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CGI-led studio environment.
• Proficient with cloud-based tools (Excel, Keynote, Outlook, Mac).
• Able to forecast, allocate and manage resources across a global team.

Responsibilities

• Support weekly resource planning processes across a global team.
• Centralise, forecast, organise and allocate all resource requests.
• Identify skills and plan utilisation for CGI artists, retouchers, photographers, editors and animators.
• Pencil studio resource bookings with producers, in advance.
• Confirm bookings with discipline leads weekly.
• Identify risks before they impact delivery in collaboration with the Resource Manager.
• Forecast, source, onboard and book freelance resources as needed.
