You will forecast and allocate resources across CGI artists, retouchers, finishing artists, photographers, video editors and animators, partnering with producers and discipline leads.

The role demands strong interpersonal skills, autonomous work style, and effective use of cloud-based planning tools to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in a CGI-led studio environment.
• Proficient with cloud-based tools (Excel, Keynote, Outlook, Mac, Flow, Crew Planning, Workfront).
• Strong resource planning and reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support development and implementation of weekly resource planning across a global team.
• Centralise, forecast, organise and allocate all resource requests from production.
• Identify skills and maximise availability for in-house CGI artists, retouchers, finishing artists, photographers, video editors and animators.
• Pencil all studio resource requests from producers well in advance.
• Confirm all bookings with discipline leads weekly in advance.
• Forecast, source, onboard and book freelance resources to meet fluctuating demand.
