Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC in the United States is hiring a Resilience Manager to design and own programs that ensure 24/7 operational continuity across Amazon's global network. You will lead risk, contingency playbooks, and cross-functional coordination with Operations, CX, Transport, and Legal to protect people, assets, and the brand.

This role requires independent judgment during live disruptions, development of scalable mitigations, and delivery of multiple concurrent resilience programs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of compliance program management, legal, governance, audit, risk/loss prevention, or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience handling confidential information
• Experience with SQL and Excel

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end contingency playbooks and risk assessments across regions
• Drive resilience frameworks, program delivery, and governance across multiple concurrent initiatives
• Coordinate with GSOC on incident management and crisis activation
• Lead exercises and after-action reviews to improve readiness and response capabilities
• Represent resilience priorities to senior leadership through DBRs and risk intelligence
