Responsibilities

• Take daily ownership of your territory and hunt for new business opportunities while servicing company-provided leads.
• Grow your pipeline through self-generated activity, referrals, networking, and community presence.
• Assess homeowners’ needs, conduct in-home water tests, and present tailored solutions.
• Apply proven sales strategies to close more sales and increase ticket size for higher commissions.
• Follow up with customers to explore additional equipment opportunities and referrals.
• Establish trust and long-term relationships with homeowners and coordinate with service/installation teams.
