Job summary

Signature Companies is seeking experienced Residential Insurance Inspectors to visit property owners to conduct interior inspections and assess high‑value dwellings. A minimum of two years of comparable experience is required. This is a contract position (1099).

You will be an independent contractor providing professional services to Signature Companies. Orders are managed through a cloud‑based system and contractor fees are paid monthly.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of comparable residential inspection experience.
• Background check and possibly a drug screen may be required.
• Reliable transportation and a Windows-based PC or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Visit properties, take photos and measurements, and note issues for underwriting.
• Complete and submit reports online; reports are quality-checked before underwriting.
• Write the survey from home and complete inspections within 21 days.
