Signature Companies is seeking independent contractors to perform residential insurance inspections. As a 1099 contractor, you will travel to client locations, conduct inspections, take photos, record measurements, and produce detailed reports for underwriters.

You set your own schedule with a 21-day turnaround per inspection; pay is per completed report with monthly invoicing through our cloud system. Must own modern devices and have reliable transport and internet access.

Formación

• Minimum two years of comparable experience (home inspector, loss control, underwriting).
• Own reliable transportation and internet access.
• Own digital camera, measuring tool, Windows PC, and reporting software proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule appointments with homeowners for on-site surveys.
• Take photographs and measure property dimensions.
• Document construction details and ownership risks.
• Identify underwriting concerns and outline mitigation recommendations.
• Prepare replacement-cost estimates and inspection reports from home office.
• Submit reports online after quality checks for underwriting review.
