• Minimum of two years of comparable experience (e.g., home inspector).
• Residential inspection experience preferred.
• Background check and possible drug screen required if selected.
• Reliable transportation, digital camera, high‑speed internet, and Microsoft products proficiency.
• Measuring wheel or similar device; ability to produce high‑quality work quickly.

Responsibilities

• Visit properties, take photos and measurements, and note issues for underwriter.
• Complete and submit reports online; reports quality‑checked before underwriting.
• Write the report from home and finish inspections within 21 days; arrange your own schedule.
• Drive to surveys; determine accurate replacement cost; document construction features.
• Identify underwriting concerns and make loss‑prevention recommendations.
