Job summary

MPI is seeking a Residential Construction Manager to lead on-site operations for luxury projects in Greater Boston. You will own field execution from mobilization to turnover, coordinating schedules, logistics, procurement, and safety with architects, designers, and homeowners.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of luxury residential experience, solid subcontractor management, and a MA CSL license with RRP certification. A company vehicle and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction management experience in luxury residential projects.
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors, trades, and field teams.
• Strong client-facing communication with architects and designers.
• Experience with Procore and construction documentation processes.
• Massachusetts CSL license and RRP certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site management of high-end residential projects from mobilization through turnover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, site logistics, material procurement, deliveries, and inventory.
• Supervise Lead Carpenters, Carpenters, subcontractors, and specialty trades, maintaining high standards for workmanship and professionalism.
• Partner with the Project Manager, Director of Production, architects, designers, clients, and field teams to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Monitor progress against schedule, budget, quality, and scope; identify risks before they impact delivery.
• Lead weekly production meetings and provide clear project updates to internal teams and stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation (daily logs, progress photos, RFIs, notes) using Procore.
• Oversee jobsite safety, security, quality control, and site organization.
