Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Research Program Manager IV to lead and optimize global research operations, focusing on AI-enabled workflows and program governance. The role emphasizes analytical rigor, cross-functional collaboration, and driving scalable processes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in operations, program management, or research operations, including analytics/measurement.
• Strong SQL and Excel or Google Sheets skills for analyzing complex data.
• Experience applying AI and automation to improve workflows with data and human quality controls.
• Proven ability to design and deliver complex operational programs from concept through adoption.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own execution and continuous improvement of program operating cadences ( intake tracking, milestones, risk mgmt, stakeholder updates).
• Build AI-enabled research operations workflows and evaluate AI vendors/tools.
• Manage the research operations portfolio system: status, data completeness, vendor/tool usage, reporting.
• Identify bottlenecks and translate patterns into docs, automation, or escalation paths.
• Establish metrics for research velocity, portfolio health, tool adoption, and workflow impact.
