Ethos is a new expert network; we are recruiting experienced research operations leads to train AI on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own the full study lifecycle from interview to synthesis, craft output decks, and translate findings into practical product recommendations.

The role emphasizes enduring ownership of research methods, high-quality outputs, and collaboration with investors and consultancies on paid expert engagements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years conducting customer or user research (interviews, usability testing, surveys) with ownership of the full study lifecycle from discussion guide to insight synthesis
• Fluency with thematic coding methods, survey design/statistics, and translating raw research data into usability test findings decks and journey map documents
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
