Job summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Research Nurse (Per Diem) to support clinical trials remotely in IN. The role emphasizes protocol adherence, data integrity, and effective communication with the RN project team and investigators.

The ideal candidate is an RN with 2+ years post-qualification experience, GCP knowledge, and skills in venepuncture and ECG. The position offers competitive compensation, benefits, and the flexibility of remote work with occasional site interaction.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with a minimum of 2 years' post qualification experience.
• GCP certification is desirable.
• Experience in clinical trials or research design is desirable.
• Knowledge of Venepuncture and ECG is preferable.
• Ability to work autonomously with initiative in a team.

Responsibilities

• Fully conversant with trial protocol, CRFs/eCRF, SOPs and timelines for day-to-day trial operations.
• Communicate effectively with RN project manager, site staff and Principal Investigator to ensure smooth information flow.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data transfer per SOPs, ensuring confidentiality and GCP compliance.
• Attend Site Initiation Visits and other necessary meetings including client-facing meetings.
• Coordinate subject visits with RN team and ensure data collection per protocol.
• Administer trial medication per protocol and manage storage and accountability.
• Process and dispatch samples, liaising with courier services as required.
• Assist in identifying eligible patients and support recruitment.
• Report adverse events and SUSARs to site team and RNPM; assist with follow-up.
