Syneos Health/ inVentiv Health Commercial LLC is seeking an Experienced Clinical Research Associate for a role dedicated to supporting clinical trials. The position involves site qualification, interim monitoring, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. It also includes documentation of activities and acting as a liaison with study site personnel.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree or RN in a relevant field, has a strong knowledge of Good Clinical Practice, and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Be prepared for travel up to 75% of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or RN in a related field or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice/ICH Guidelines and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Must demonstrate good computer skills and be able to embrace new technologies.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage required travel of up to 75% on a regular basis.

Responsibilities

• Performs site qualification and site management activities ensuring protocol compliance.
• Documents activities via confirmation letters and follow-up letters.
• Acts as primary liaison with study site personnel.
• Verifies informed consent has been adequately performed and documented.
• Maintains a working knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines.
