Job summary

Johns Hopkins University’s Department of Neurology seeks a Research Navigator, Grants and Consults for the BIOS division to optimize clinical research consultations and grant production across multi-site trials.

You will collaborate with investigators on study design, trial simulations, regulatory alignment, and grant preparation, serving as a liaison for consult/grant support and helping lead end-to-end processes from planning to submission while maintaining high quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with five years of clinical research experience.
• Knowledge of FDA/NIH/IRB regulations and grant submission processes.
• Ability to manage cross-site trials and multi-stakeholder coordination.
• Experience with trial design and regulatory alignment.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of protocol optimization, including plans, teams, timelines.
• Coordinate investigator relationships and consultation lead activities.
• Track consultations and document outcomes through approvals.
• Ensure timely, high-quality grant applications and consult services.
• Develop SOPs and assist in monitoring workflows.
