Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and six years of clinical research experience in academia, government, or industry.
• Demonstrated supervisory or lead experience and advanced knowledge of GCP/ICH and local regulations.
• Additional education or experience may substitute for formal education/experience per policy.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the conduct of research in collaboration with investigators and outside partners.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of clinical research staff and regulatory personnel.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for clinical research within the program.
• Ensure IRB submissions, regulatory compliance, and efficient study startup and ongoing oversight.
• Manage budgets and financials for the clinical research portfolio.
• Facilitate teamwork among research staff, nursing, data management, and hospital personnel.
• Contribute to manuscripts and presentations; support protocol development and evaluation.
