Job summary

Good Business Lab seeks a Research Manager to support two U.S.-based projects and help develop more work in the U.S. You will lead grant writing, supervise researchers, and oversee the full research lifecycle from design to reporting.

This fixed-term role (1 year) is remote with possible travel, offering collaboration with universities and policy makers while maintaining rigorous causal evaluation and data standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience managing randomized controlled trials.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead grant writing and prepare reports for funding agencies
• Mentor Research Assistants and oversee hiring/training
• Assist with literature reviews, survey design and data collection
• Ensure projects follow IRB and data analysis standards
• Coordinate with teams on resources and communications
• Maintain project documentation and compliance
