Responsibilities

Support study design through scoping exercises, literature reviews, and surveys.
Design and pilot survey instruments; monitor data quality and resolve issues.
Expand simulated task assessments for occupations using project repository.
Conduct fieldwork and travel to project sites occasionally.
Coordinate with partners and admin/finance teams on payments and costs.
Ensure research protocols and IRB compliance; maintain documentation.
