Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Research Business Specialist to provide financial management support for clinical trial pre/post award activities and to assist with the Oncore CTMS system as applicable. The role requires strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Science or Healthcare field.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience.
Ability to analyze complex situations and identify solutions.
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of academic and government research administration policies and guidelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient computer skills with MS Office and/or Google Suite.

Responsibilities

Supports pre/post award financial management for Clinical Trial research.
Provides ongoing support for the management of the Oncore CTMS system as applicable.
