CVAUSA is seeking a Research Coordinator for Patient Screening & Enrollment, primarily remote. You will review protocols, perform chart reviews, and determine patient eligibility, while using EMR systems and CTMS to track screening activity and enrollment progress.

You will conduct outreach to patients, explain study participation, and coordinate scheduling with investigators and clinics. A clinical background and strong organizational skills are essential for success in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Experience with clinical trial protocols and eligibility criteria.
• Proficient in navigating EMR systems and chart reviews.
• Experience using CTMS or research tracking tools such as REALTIME-CTMS.
• Excellent communication for outbound patient calls and scheduling.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
