CVAUSA in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator for an in-person, full-time role.

You will oversee all aspects of clinical trials, manage site operations, and ensure regulatory compliance while collaborating with a national network. A licensed cardiovascular clinical background and CCRP are preferred. This position offers a hands-on, fast-paced environment in a growing research program.

We are hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator for our Palm Beach Gardens office. The Research Coordinator willbe responsible forleading the growth and development of the research program while also collaborating with clinic staff on existing and new clinical trials. As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing and overseeing all aspects of clinical trials and site operations. Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Trial Management:Oversee all aspects of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment. Ensure protocols are followed meticulously.

• Data Management:Collect, verify, and manage clinical trial data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Communication & Reporting:Serve as the primary point of contact for study sponsors, participants, and stakeholders. Provide regular updates and progress reports.
• Regulatory Compliance:Maintainup-to-date documentation, including regulatory submissions and patient records, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Experience & Qualifications:

• Clinical experience in cardiovascular medicine in a licensed role (e.g., RN, technologist, medical assistant, etc.)

• Experience managing clinical trials, leading enrollment, and developing research programs
• Strong organizational and time management skills

Clinical research certification (e.g., CCRP) preferred

Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
