CVAUSA in Palm Beach Gardens, FL is hiring a Clinical Research Coordinator to manage clinical trials and site operations. This in-person role requires coordinating patient recruitment, data collection, and regulatory compliance, while collaborating with clinic staff and sponsors.

You will lead project ownership within CVAUSA's national network, driving enrollment and program development in cardiovascular research, with opportunities for professional growth in a dynamic team.

Competenze

• Clinical experience in cardiovascular medicine in a licensed role (e.g., RN, technologist, medical assistant)
• Experience managing clinical trials, leading enrollment, and developing research programs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements

Mansioni

• Oversee all aspects of clinical trials, including patient recruitment, screening, and enrollment; ensure protocols are followed
• Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring activities comply with regulatory requirements and study protocols
• Collect, verify, and manage clinical trial data for accuracy and completeness
• Serve as primary point of contact for study sponsors, participants, and stakeholders; provide updates and progress reports
• Maintain up-to-date regulatory documentation, submissions, and patient records
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to boost efficiency and trial performance
