Job summary

Pinnacle Fertility, Inc. is seeking a Research Coordinator to support planning, coordination, and day-to-day execution of clinical research activities across the organization.

This remote, non-clinical role works with physicians, clinical teams, sponsors, and participants to ensure studies are conducted ethically, efficiently, and in compliance, with periodic on-site visits to Pinnacle Fertility locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health science, biology, nursing, public health, or related field preferred.
• Clinical research or related healthcare experience preferred.
• Experience with IRB processes, EDC systems, or CTMS is a plus.
• Experience coordinating research studies or working with participants is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities for assigned clinical research studies from study initiation through closeout.
• Review study protocols and understand requirements, timelines, eligibility criteria, and procedures.
• Support participant recruitment and enrollment efforts, including outreach and screening.
• Coordinate informed consent and enrollment following IRB requirements and regulations.
• Serve as primary contact for research participants throughout the study.
• Schedule and coordinate research visits, assessments, and lab testing.
• Collaborate with investigators, physicians, nurses, labs, embryology teams, and staff.
• Provide on-site research coordination at Pinnacle Fertility clinic locations as needed.
• Partner with leadership to integrate research into clinic operations with minimal disruption.
• Collect, enter, maintain, and verify research data in study databases and CRFs.
• Maintain regulatory documentation, including participant records and training logs.
• Assist with IRB submissions, continuing reviews, and protocol updates.
• Monitor timelines, enrollment goals, and follow-up activities.
• Support sponsor monitoring visits, audits, and regulatory reviews.
• Communicate with sponsors, CROs, IRBs, vendors, and partners as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of GCP and applicable federal requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve research processes and efficiency.
• Participate in meetings and training supporting Pinnacle's research initiatives.
