Job summary

CARE Fertility Bedford is seeking a dedicated Clinical Research Coordinator to manage day-to-day trial activities, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive timely data collection in a fast-paced fertility practice.

The CRC will coordinate with the Principal Investigator and team, oversee recruitment and consent, and maintain study documentation. Typical hours are 8 am–5 pm (Mon–Thu) and 8 am–4 pm on Fridays, with on-site responsibilities in Bedford, TX.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or related field required.
• 1–2 years of experience in clinical research or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with GCP, ICH, FDA requirements and CTMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day trial activities including recruitment, screening, and enrollment.
• Support adherence to GCP, ICH, and FDA requirements under the Principal Investigator.
• Collect, document, and report accurate study data and maintain records.
• Serve as liaison among participants, clinical staff and sponsors; obtain informed consent.
• Coordinate with investigators to maintain smooth study operations and timelines.
• Schedule site visits, provide documentation to monitors, and respond to queries.
• Track and manage clinical trial supplies to ensure availability.
