Job summary

ProPharma Group is seeking a Research Assistant to support remote site activities across assigned projects. You will serve as the day-to-day contact for site communications, perform data-entry, pre-screening, and monitor clinical databases, ensuring timely collaboration with study teams.

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent and strong written and verbal communication. The role offers a hybrid work arrangement and opportunities to contribute across the full product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with minimum 1 year related education/work.
• Remote site work supported, emphasizing data entry and study coordination.
• Strong written and verbal communication required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as point of contact for day-to-day site communications and document submissions.
• Support pre-screening and data-entry for assigned studies.
• Monitor clinical databases and respond to system queries.
• Maintain IRB/FDA compliant study documentation.
• Assist with study closeout and other site activities as directed.
