Comagine Health’s Research and Evaluation Team is seeking a thoughtful Research Associate II to manage and implement research studies and evaluation projects. This role focuses on applied research, program implementation and evaluation to inform public health improvements.

Minimum qualifications include a BA/BS and experience managing research or evaluation projects; preferred Master’s and proficiency in SPSS/SAS/R. This position supports remote work and offers benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing research/evaluation projects.
• Strong understanding of research design and methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs standardized research and evaluation activities with minimal oversight; develops project materials.
• Organizes project materials, takes meeting minutes, maintains compliance logs.
• Contributes to analysis and reporting; may include data visualization.
• Acts as task lead or project manager with timelines and deliverables.
• Conducts data collection via surveys, interviews, or focus groups.
