Job summary

Comagine Health seeks a Research Associate II to join our Research and Evaluation Team. You will manage and implement research studies and evaluation projects, applying methods for program improvement and public health outcomes, with emphasis on applied research and collaboration with internal and external partners.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting, supporting projects across the United States.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field.
• Experience in managing research and/or evaluation projects.
• Strong understanding of research design and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs standardized research and evaluation activities with minimal oversight; develops project materials and supports dissemination.
• Supports project organization, minutes, and compliance document logs.
• Contributes to analysis and reporting including quantitative and qualitative data and visualizations.
• Acts as task lead or project manager; maintains project plan and timelines.
• Conducts data collection via surveys, interviews, site visits, or focus groups.
