Job summary

Comagine Health is seeking a Research Associate II to join our Research and Evaluation Team. You will manage and implement research studies and evaluation projects, contributing to public health program improvement through applied research and program evaluation.

The role requires experience in managing research projects, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to work independently and remotely within a national organization.

Qualifications

• BA / BS in a related field.
• Experience in managing research and/or evaluation projects in academic, community, or government settings.
• Strong understanding of research and evaluation design and methods and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Master’s degree in related field preferred.
• Proficiency in data analysis software such as SPSS, SAS, R, or equivalent.
• Maternal Health background a plus.

Responsibilities

• Performs standardized research and evaluation activities with minimal oversight, including developing project materials and supporting dissemination.
• Performs standardized support tasks for research and evaluation activities, including organizing project materials, taking meeting minutes, and keeping logs of compliance related documents.
• Contributes to analysis and reporting with minimal oversight; may include quantitative and qualitative data and data visualization techniques.
• Serves as task lead or project manager, including maintaining project plan, timeline, and deliverable schedule.
• Conducts data collection, which could include surveys, interviews, field observations, site visits and focus groups.
