Job summary

COMAGINE HEALTH is seeking a Research Associate II to join our Research and Evaluation Team. This role manages and implements research studies and evaluation projects, contributing to public health program improvement while working remotely.

Ideal candidates have a BA/BS, experience managing projects, and strong written/verbal communication; proficiency with data analysis tools (SPSS, SAS, R) is a plus. We value independent work and collaboration with partners.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in a related field.
• Experience managing research and/or evaluation projects in an academic, community, or government setting.
• Strong understanding of research and evaluation design and methods and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs standardized research and evaluation activities with minimal oversight, including developing project materials and supporting dissemination.
• Performs standardized support tasks for research and evaluation activities, including organizing project materials, taking meeting minutes, and keeping logs of compliance related documents.
• Contributes to analysis and reporting with minimal oversight; may include quantitative and qualitative data and data visualization techniques.
• Serves as task lead or project manager, including maintaining project plan, timeline, and deliverable schedule.
• Conducts (and may lead some aspects of) data collection, which could include surveys, interviews, field observations, site visits and focus groups.
