Job summary

Air is seeking a Research Associate to support research, evaluation and technical assistance projects that strengthen outcomes for students, families and communities. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years or a Master’s degree in social sciences or related fields.
  • Experience collecting quantitative and/or qualitative data.
  • Experience using qualitative or quantitative data analysis software such as STATA, R or NVivo.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and reporting.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assist with primary source data collection through interviews, focus groups, and surveys; organize materials and contribute to content development.
  • Participate in collection and review of research and evaluation data.
  • Assist in compiling quantitative datasets and data sharing agreements.
  • Analyze data and contribute to reporting and interpretation of findings.
  • Support literature reviews and policy scans to inform reports.
