The analyst will use SPSS, R, and Python for statistical modeling and build dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, and Argos, while ensuring data governance and timely reporting to THECB, IPEDS, and other agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Information Science, Operations Research, Economics, Quantitative Social Sciences, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support institutional research and data analytics for compliance, strategic planning, and student success initiatives.
• Apply statistical and computational methods to collect, analyze, and interpret institutional data.
• Develop data-driven insights for decision-making.
• Create reports and dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Argos).
• Coordinate submissions to THECB, IPEDS, and other agencies.
• Collaborate with academic and administrative units to define metrics and needs.
