Job summary

Qualifications

  • Enrolled in a Master’s program and maintain 9 credits fall/spring, 6 credits in summer.
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week.
  • Support students, faculty and administration in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with a faculty mentor to guide and direct activities.
  • Assist faculty members with collecting and analyzing data and reporting results on various research projects.
  • Assist other students as part of the research team and take ownership in all aspects of the research project, including planning, data collection, data analysis, reports, and publications.
  • Communicate project status to the faculty mentor as requested and help communicate with stakeholders.
  • Mentor an undergraduate student.
  • Ensure personal safety and the safety of others; exercise caution and practice safe work habits at all times.
  • Observe security-sensitive procedures as required for this position.
