Job summary

Witt/Kieffer Inc. is seeking a Research Analyst to support executive-search efforts by identifying candidates, evaluating work history and education, and analyzing data to inform search strategies. You will collaborate with consultants and partners to ensure high-quality research outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years' experience in executive search or similar professional services research function preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages research projects associated with search assignments and business development, including progress reporting.
• Identifies target organizations and candidates using internal and external resources.
• Develops candidate identification strategies and analyzes research data.
• Acts as power user of the WittKieffer database.
• Conducts ongoing competitive analysis and tracks industry trends for new business leads.
• Coordinates with Research Operations for letters and advertisements.
