Job summary

WittKieffer invites you to join our mission-driven team as an Associate, managing the initial candidate identification and development process for leadership roles in healthcare and life sciences. You will network with professionals, assess candidates against client needs, and collaborate with colleagues to advance well‑being across the quality of life ecosystem.

The base salary is $70,000–$85,000 with a semi-annual bonus opportunity under a production-based program and uncapped earnings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required; a Master’s is strongly preferred.
• 3+ years' experience in executive search, research capacity, or recruitment, or industry-related experience.
• Significant experience with computer systems, databases, email, etc.
• Action/Results Oriented: Focused on outcomes and driven for results.
• Customer Focused: Dedicated to understanding and meeting customer needs.
• Priority Setting: Focus on the critical few and manage time well.
• Assessment Skills: Able to articulate strengths and weaknesses after brief exposure.
• Process Management: Manage multiple activities and create workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop potential candidates through active networking within a wide range of organizations.
• Use your understanding of diversity to identify and network with multicultural leaders.
• Conduct preliminary phone screen evaluations of candidates.
• Communicate the position profile to potential candidates.
• Assess a candidate’s skills against a client’s needs through a telephone interview.
• Conduct reference checks on presented candidates.
• Work closely with lead consultants as well as Research Delivery/Operations.
