This fully remote role requires you to be local to Orlando, FL, with hands-on data entry, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines in a cross-functional team.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication.
• Hands-on data entry and detailed file processing — regular part of the role.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a cross-functional team environment
• Local presence required in Orlando, FL (remote role)
• Open to candidates with a year or less of relevant work experience.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and process data files supporting day-to-day operations for new products and programs.
• Build reporting that tracks performance across products, programs, and projects; improve efficiency of reporting.
• Present findings and recommendations to team and leadership, including ad hoc status reports.
• Forecast monthly spend on special projects with finance and reconcile against actual costs.
• Collaborate with brand, legal, finance, and accounting to keep projects moving.
