Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a reporting analyst role, ideally in financial services or healthcare.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or similar.
• Strong SQL and Python skills; experience with BI tools and data warehouses.
• Ability to manage high-volume, multi-stakeholder requests and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, timely reporting to support business decisions and client outcomes.
• Handle ad hoc data requests, triage, and meet SLA targets.
• Validate data quality and maintain data dictionaries and specs.
• Develop and maintain parameterized report templates to speed deliveries.
• Collaborate with data engineering and visualization teams to close gaps.
