You will partner with business stakeholders, ITS, and data engineers to understand needs, design data solutions, ensure data quality, and deliver analytics that drive growth. The role emphasizes advanced SQL, data modeling, governance, and collaboration across teams, with onsite and remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, data solutions, or business analysis.
• Advanced SQL experience and strong data analysis skills.
• Experience with data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and semantic data models.
• Experience validating, troubleshooting, and analyzing data across multiple systems.
• Experience partnering with data engineering or technology teams to support data solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business data to support management and senior leadership.
• Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at all levels.
• Develop, execute, and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data across systems.
• Ensure data solutions are tested and aligned with change management processes.
• Perform data profiling, quality assessments, validation, and business rule analysis.
• Coordinate test data and testing activities to validate mappings and transformations.
• Research, diagnose, and resolve data issues and process anomalies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize needs.
• Partner with ITS and data engineering to design and improve data solutions.
