Job summary

Inspira Financial is seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join the Digital Product Management team. You will identify business needs, analyze data, and develop data-driven solutions by collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes and drive strategic decision-making.

This role uses Agile methodologies to design streamlined, automated alternatives and to optimize operations across systems, with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Sciences, Communication, Mathematics, Computer Science or related field.
• MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
• Six Sigma Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose process optimization strategies to enhance productivity and quality.
• Lead the analysis of key risk areas in current and proposed product and operational processes.
• Design and lead process improvements as part of system implementations, translating them into requirements, epics, features, and stories to support development teams and process owners.
• Develop detailed functional specifications for new systems or system enhancements based on business needs and requirements analysis.
• Determine and support team structure changes as it relates to the definition of roles impacted by process changes.
• Conduct needs assessments by interviewing stakeholders, gathering feedback, and documenting business requirements.
