Job summary

Inspira Financial is seeking a Data Scientist to join the CDB Strategy Department and help build business insights using statistical and mathematical frameworks. You will develop, test, and validate modeling approaches and create long-term tools to evolve business capabilities.

You will explore large data volumes, build predictive models, and present analytic results to internal stakeholders to enable data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Data Science, Statistics, or other Mathematics.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature.
• Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines.
• An affinity for accuracy and efficiency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• An aptitude for prioritization and multi‑tasking.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use strong programming skills to explore, examine, and interpret data.
• Build predictive models to investigate problems and detect patterns.
• Develop and participate in presentations to internal stakeholders on analytic results.
• Provide insights to enable data‑driven decision making.
