Job summary

Inspira Financial is seeking a Data Scientist to join the CDB Strategy Department and help build business insights using statistical and mathematical frameworks. You will develop, test, and validate modeling approaches and create long-term tools to evolve business capabilities.

You will explore large data volumes, build predictive models, and present analytic results to internal stakeholders to enable data‑driven decisions.

Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in Data Science, Statistics, or other Mathematics.
Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Data Science.
Excellent analytical skills with a proactive nature.
Strong organization skills with a drive to meet deadlines.
An affinity for accuracy and efficiency.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word (including mail merge) and Outlook.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
An aptitude for prioritization and multi‑tasking.
Strong collaboration skills.
A drive to learn and apply new concepts quickly.
Experience with Salesforce CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

Use strong programming skills to explore, examine, and interpret data.
Build predictive models to investigate problems and detect patterns.
Develop and participate in presentations to internal stakeholders on analytic results.
Provide insights to enable data‑driven decision making.
