Property Masters is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple construction and renovation projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. You will coordinate subcontractors, solve problems, and keep projects on track on site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–5 years of construction management experience.
• Understanding of local/state building codes and permitting requirements.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate estimates of materials, labor, and equipment based on client scope.
• Lead subcontractor meetings to establish timelines, clarify expectations, and obtain permits.
• Prepare project bid status reports to ensure contract compliance.
• Oversee subcontractors to keep projects progressing on schedule.
• Conduct weekly on-site visits; provide updates to teams and clients.
• Identify challenges and deliver timely solutions.
