Qualifications

Valid driver’s license; ability to pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate estimates of materials, labor, and equipment based on client scope.
Lead subcontractor meetings to establish timelines, clarify expectations, and obtain permits.
Prepare project bid status reports to ensure contract compliance.
Oversee subcontractors to keep projects progressing on schedule.
Conduct weekly on-site visits; provide updates to teams and clients.
Identify challenges and deliver timely solutions.
