Job summary

Geronimo Power is seeking a Technical Training Specialist to design and deliver safety and technical training for field crews across renewable-energy projects. You will develop curricula, conduct evaluations, and partner with EHS, Engineering, Operations, and Construction to keep content current.

This remote role requires travel two to three weeks per month to field locations in the U.S. and ongoing admin work from home. Strong adult-learning skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of field experience in renewable generation operations or construction.
• Experience delivering technical instruction to adult learners.
• Ability to translate complex technical information into practical instruction.
• Strong presentation and training-administration skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver technical and safety training in classroom, virtual, field, on-the-job, and simulator environments.
• Develop new technical courses and update curricula and assessments.
• Conduct competency evaluations and provide constructive feedback to trainees.
• Collaborate with Operations, EHS, Engineering, and Construction on training needs.
