Hydrogen Group is seeking an experienced Interconnection Coordinator to support major energy infrastructure projects across the United States. This remote role involves coordinating deliverables under PPA, IA, and GIA agreements, tracking obligations, and ensuring deadlines are met.

You will work with project teams, Transmission Owners, and stakeholders to maintain documentation, dashboards and compliance, with travel approx twice per quarter and standard office hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in project coordination, contract administration or related discipline.
• Ability to interpret contractual documentation and identify deliverables and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of contract terminology and document management processes.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive deliverables.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and documentation.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools and MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Interconnection & Contract Coordination: review PPAs and IAs to identify deliverables and deadlines, develop registers, coordinate with stakeholders, monitor milestones.
• Project Controls & Reporting: maintain and update deliverables in project controls systems, track deadlines, prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, support documentation and compliance.
• Stakeholder Coordination: collaborate with site teams, corporate personnel and Transmission Services, participate in GIA dashboard meetings, maintain action logs.
• Systems & Process Management: support administration of deliverables in Oracle Primavera Unifier or similar tools, contribute to reporting improvements.
