Job summary

Compass International Holdings seeks a Remote Relocation Consultant II to manage domestic transferees through relocation processes, coordinate policy and resources, and ensure high‑quality service. The role involves counseling on resources, reviewing reports, and overseeing property actions.

You will maintain client relationships, coordinate all relocation phases, and identify cross-selling opportunities while ensuring data integrity and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• Two years relocation/ real estate experience with home sale closings.
• College degree or equivalent preferred.
• Two years Customer service experience in call center environment.
• Influential verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an assigned caseload and deliver excellent customer service to external and internal customers.
• Provide primary coordination for all phases of relocation activities as outlined in contracts.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Cartus' products and services in interactions with clients and customers.
• Coordinate and facilitate Cartus' core products and services for assigned customers per standards.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to generate new sources of revenue.
• Ensure data integrity in all Cartus systems.
• Maintain compliance with Cartus policies and standards.
• Oversee supplier partners for property sale activities.
• Collaborate with Network and Non-Network brokers for implementation.
• Coordinate BMAs and property action plans review and analysis.
• Develop agents' property action plans and market updates per client contracts.
• Serve as an expert real estate resource for customers.
• Maintain knowledge of client policy for marketing information and events.
