Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Reliability Engineer to safeguard high availability and performance of production systems. You will balance rapid innovation with stable, resilient infrastructure and drive data-informed decisions through reliability metrics.

You will build robust observability, orchestrate incidents, and automate repetitive tasks while planning capacity to scale with demand. Strong English and 4+ years in SRE/DevOps are required.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or software engineering.
• Proven expertise with production reliability, SLOs/SLIs and error budgets.
• Strong Linux administration and scripting with Python or Go.
• Experience with Kubernetes and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog).
• Incident management experience and at-scale operations, English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor reliability metrics (SLOs/SLIs) and error budgets.
• Build observability frameworks for deep visibility across environments.
• Orchestrate incident lifecycle from detection to resolution.
• Lead blameless post-mortems and perform root cause analysis.
• Automate tasks with scripting and IaC practices.
• Conduct capacity planning and assessments for scalable infra.
