Cays Inc. is seeking a Release Engineer to manage end-to-end Salesforce and MuleSoft releases.

The role is remote and long-term, requiring hands-on deployment across Dev, QA/SIT, UAT, Staging, and Production, with strong collaboration across engineering, QA, and infrastructure teams. Ideal candidates will have Agile/Scrum experience, proficiency with Jira or Azure Boards, and a track record building CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, plus scripting for automation.

Qualifikationen

• Plan, coordinate, and execute Salesforce and MuleSoft releases across environments.
• Collaborate with development, QA, business, and infra teams to ensure timely deployments.
• Hands-on experience deploying Salesforce Experience Cloud portals.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum teams using Jira or Azure Boards.
• Utilize CI/CD tools and automation to streamline deployments.
• Scripting experience in Bash, PowerShell, Python or Node.js for automation.
• Perform impact assessments, rollout readiness reviews, and rollback planning.
• Maintain release documentation and change-management records.
