Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Release Manager for the Salesforce environment. You will own the end-to-end release lifecycle, coordinating testing, staging, and production deployments while ensuring governance and traceability across environments.

You will monitor CI/CD pipelines, validate deployment packages, and lead cross-functional coordination with development, architecture, and DevSecOps teams. A strong focus on automation and process improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate hands-on Salesforce release and deployment experience.
• Strong understanding of Apex, metadata, and Salesforce DX tooling.
• Experience with Git workflows, branching, merges, and conflict resolution.
• Familiarity with GMUD/RDM processes and release governance.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and automation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce release lifecycle across testing, staging, and production.
• Monitor CI/CD pipelines, troubleshoot failures, coordinate corrective actions.
• Validate deployment packages and ensure correct execution of release steps.
• Manage branches, merges, and release schedules to align environments.
• Maintain release notes, technical docs, and traceability.
• Open and track RDM requests; ensure governance compliance across environments.
• Coordinate with development, architecture, DevSecOps, infra, and governance teams.
• Automate release notifications and improve CI/CD workflows.
• Promote secure deployments and drive continuous improvement in stability.
