Job summary

FedEx is seeking a Digital Marketing Advisor to lead release communications for its digital product portfolio. You will translate product changes into clear customer-facing messaging and drive end-to-end processes with product, engineering, and marketing teams.

In this highly autonomous role, you’ll shape the release operating model, manage stakeholder approvals, and measure impact of communications across channels. Remote work eligibility is included, with occasional campus requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate product/technology changes into customer-focused messaging.
• Strong written and verbal communication, with ability to simplify complex concepts.
• Experience working in marketing, product, or logistics communications is preferred.
